The User is solely responsible for understanding and complying with any and all laws, rules and regulations of their specific jurisdiction that may be applicable to the User in connection with the use of any and all services, products and content of CopyTrader.
CopyTrader's Social Trading services allows the User to view the investment performance of a model trader by providing the User with detailed account information, trading history, risk profile and other pertinent information. By selecting the Social Trading service, the User should bear in mind all aspects and factors including, but not limited to, the risk nature of the copied account and their investment objectives.
In making a decision to copy a specific trader or traders, strategy and/or portfolio, the User acknowledges that they have considered their entire financial situation including financial commitments and understood that using CopyTrader's Social Trading service is highly speculative and that the User could sustain significant losses. Please note that CopyTrader is unable to provide any guarantee as to the performance of any particular investment, account, portfolio or strategy. The User acknowledges that they have considered all risks associated with the services and Social Trading.
All Transactions are done automatically once initiated by the User and do not require any prior consultation, consent or approval of ongoing activity/copied trades. The User hereby confirms that they acknowledge that at any time, upon their sole discretion, they can stop, pause, restrict and/or limit any Social Trading activity performed by him via the Site. The User remains, at all times, solely responsible for both monitoring and selecting and assessing: (i) the suitability of the copied accounts; and (ii) the overall performance of the copied trader, account, portfolio and/or strategy.
CopyTrader shall continue to be committed to exercising reasonable endeavours to monitor the performance of copied trader, account, portfolio and/or strategy, against parameters established by it, which may include, risk behavior, profitability, drawdown and any other parameters deemed relevant by CopyTrader and to stock and/or block any trader, account, portfolio and/or strategy from being copied. CopyTrader reserves the right to pause, to copy or to stop copying any trader, account, portfolio and/or strategy, at its sole and absolute discretion.
Without derogating from the generality of the Disclaimer, the provision of Social Trading services does not constitute investment advice on the part of CopyTrader. The User is using the Social Trading services at their own risk and CopyTrader and its affiliates, employees, clients and agents will not be liable for any losses that the User may sustain as a result of the User using such features. No copied trader, account, portfolio and/or strategy guarantees the future performance of the User's account, or any specific level of performance, the success of any investment strategy or the success of our overall management. Investment strategies are subject to various market, currency, economic, political and business risks. Investment decisions may not be profitable and may result in the loss of your entire invested amount.
CopyTrader will strive to keep the Site up and running; however, all online services suffer from occasional disruptions and outages and CopyTrader is not liable for any disruption or loss the User may suffer as a result. Thus, CopyTrader does not provide any guarantees that access to the Site will not be interrupted or that there will be no delays, failures, errors, omissions or loss of transmitted information.
The trademarks, trade names, service marks and logos of CopyTrader and others used on the Site (hereinafter the “Trademarks”) are the property of CopyTrader and its respective owners. The software, applications, text, images, graphics, data, prices, trades, charts, graphs, video and audio materials used on this Site belong to CopyTrader. The Trademarks and other content on the Site should not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, scraped, collected or distributed in any form or by any means, whether manual or automated. The use of any content from the Site on any other site or a networked computer environment for any other purpose is strictly prohibited; any such unauthorized use may violate copyright, patent, trademark and any other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
User may be required to provide CopyTrader with certain personal information, including but not limited to, his name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, personal code, passport, utility bills, proof regarding source of funds, etc. CopyTrader may also require the User to answer certain questions or take certain actions in order to verify his identity or to comply with applicable laws.
In submitting this personal information, you verify that the information is accurate and authentic, and you agree to update it if any information changes. You hereby authorize CopyTrader to directly make any inquiries we consider necessary to verify your identity and/or account information, and request and obtain any consumer report or similar information relating to you and to take action we reasonably deem necessary based on the results of such inquiries.
This Site and the Services found at this Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by CopyTrader. CopyTrader assumes no responsibility for the content, terms and conditions, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. In addition, CopyTrader does not censor or edit the content of any third-party websites. By using this Site or the Services found at this Site, you expressly release CopyTrader from any and all liability arising from the User's use of any third-party website. As such, CopyTrader will not be responsible or liable to you for any such related losses and takes no responsibility for use of the Services that involves user error such as forgotten passwords, incorrectly construed transactions, or mistyped amounts; server failure or data loss; corrupt files; unauthorized access, or; any unauthorized third party activities, including without limitation the use or introduction of computer viruses, or other malware, phishing, spoofing or other means of attack against you or the Site or Services. You further accept and acknowledge that CopyTrader will not be responsible for any communication failures, disruptions, errors, distortions or delays you may experience when using the Site or the Services, regardless of the cause.
There is an inherent risk that losses will occur as a result of buying, selling or trading anything on a market.
Cryptocurrency prices can and do fluctuate greatly on any given day and due to such price fluctuations, the User’s cryptographic assets may be subject to large swings in value and may even become worthless.
An Order may be incomplete and incorrect. Any Order, including Market Orders, Limit Orders and Stop Orders are not guaranteed, may not be executable at the price or amount specified by the User or Orders may not be executed at all. Orders may be cancelled at CopyTrader’s discretion for any reason.
A Market Order will normally be executed as soon as possible and the execution price of the Transaction may deviate significantly from the nearest bid/ask price seen by the User, resulting in significant loss. In addition, an Order may be not placed at all, or may be placed at the wrong price or may suffer an unexpected delay in execution because of a variety of reasons.
Under certain market conditions, the User may find it difficult or impossible to liquidate a position. This can occur, for example, when there is insufficient liquidity in the market. Placing contingent orders, such as "stop-loss" or "stop-limit" orders, will not necessarily limit losses or lock profits to the intended amounts, since market conditions may make it impossible to execute such orders.
The User may inadvertently due to their own error or because of a system or other human error place an Order for an asset which results in an unwanted Order.
There may be errors or omissions on the reporting module or otherwise delay, inaccuracy, error, interruption or omissions in providing market quotations or other information provided on the Site on which the User might rely in making an Order.
There may be errors, acts or omissions by the third-party cryptocurrency exchange or the third-party cryptocurrency exchange system may suffer a partial or complete failure, including, without limitation, a cyber attack, such as phishing, pharming, etc, failure of hardware, software, human error, etc.
Via Social Trading service the User may achieve a materially different result than the user that the User copied.
All trading positions shall be modified and/or closed automatically if and when modified/closed by the copied trader, for whatsoever reason, without providing any further notice and without any action on the User’s part.
The User should be able and prepared to bear the loss of the entire investment the User made in such a copied trader.
If the User places additional trades in the User’s account or the User modify or cancel an order generated by a Social Trading service the User may achieve a materially different result.
Unauthorised access by third parties of the User’s login credentials to gain access to the User’s Account, including through carelessness or forgetfulness of the User, or the third party obtaining control over another device or account used by the User in connection with any enhanced security measures enabled for their Account.
There is no warranty or assurance that the development of the platform software or hardware will be uninterrupted or error-free, and there is an inherent risk that the software could contain defects, weaknesses, vulnerabilities, viruses or bugs causing substantial loss.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold CopyTrader, its affiliates and service providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, joint venturers, employees, and representatives, harmless from any claim or demand (including attorneys’ fees and costs and any fines, fees or penalties imposed by any regulatory authority) arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your use of Services, or (iii) your violation of any law, rule, or regulation, or the rights of any third party.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.

CopyTrader reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, including but not limited to any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and at its sole discretion. We will provide notice of these changes by posting the revised Terms to the Site and changing the "Last Revised" date at the bottom of the Terms, or by emailing users at their provided email addresses, or by any other means as determined by CopyTrader. The decision of which notification chosen will be left to CopyTrader's sole discretion. Using a particular form of notice in some instances does not obligate us to use the same form in other instances. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to the Site or at the instant that CopyTrader transmits the information to the users (e.g. via email). These changes will apply at that instant to all then current and subsequent uses of the Site. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
